Payments: To confirm a reservation, we require
a $300.00 initial deposit. With this payment, you agree to the terms and conditions.Your final payment is due no later than
45 days prior to your arrival date. We may cancel and resell your reservation if full payments have not been received by the

your reservation, no payments are refundable. $300 deposit to book and hold dates. Once we have confirmed your reservation,
no payments are refundable. Balance is due 45 days before arrival. We reccommend that you protect your investment is this
vacation by purchasing travel insurance. For your convenience we can obtain that insurance at the time of booking for
an additional fee. We also can get you travel insurance for you airfare, ground transportation and activities.
